Engineering is a foundational process at Nexis3. A project that is well engineered makes production and installation flow smoothly.  We use software from Microvellum that is AutoCAD based and is specifically designed for the woodworking industry. Microvellum handles all of our engineering on the front end and generates all of the necessary information for the manufacturing process. It has allowed Nexis3 to really grow as a company and maintain the quality of work in the most efficient way possible. After implementing Microvellum software into his own company, Steven Schoenacker recognized that other manufacturing companies could benefit from the experiences he faced. In August of 2006 Schoenacker started a training division within the company and set up a separate facility with a classroom environment that allowed for companies to get out of the workplace and focus on learning the software. Schoenacker was recognized by Microvellum as a Certified Trainer and covered the North East. This service is not only classroom based, but when necessary is available on-site to help in the installation process as well.
